Founder Story

Our journey in health and safety has been driven by a single, unwavering belief: that the most effective safety systems are the ones that are not only understood but embraced.

A Closer Look

Twenty-five years ago, I took a closer look at the industry and saw a recurring problem: safety was often buried under paperwork while major hazards remained visible in the work itself. That insight shaped my approach to helping organizations focus less on bureaucracy and more on the conversations, systems, and decisions that keep people and operations resilient.

Finding the Human Element

I realized true safety isn’t about paper; it’s about people. My mission became clear: focus on how people connect and communicate. This rang true especially between front line leaders and their direct reports.

Magnifying Simplicity

In the complex, high-risk world of mining, oil and gas, and construction, simplicity without loss of effectiveness is essential. EHS2U helps organizations untangle the noise, focus on what matters, and replace unnecessary bureaucracy with practical, user-friendly systems that support better decisions in the field.

A Vision for Resilience

I have supported pioneering initiatives across many sectors. Not simply looking at current risks but developing new standards for resilience and readiness for the future.

Supporting Innovation

Innovation requires a steady hand. I’ve helped push regulatory boundaries, achieving approval milestones for prototype equipment using a collaborative approach.
